Job summary

Viking LLC – A DEMA Company is seeking a full-time Shipper/Receiver in Nesquehoning, PA to ensure accurate inbound and outbound material flow for customers worldwide. The role involves loading, unloading, inspection, packing, and safe operation of equipment.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule, with weekly pay and benefits, and on-the-job training available for ERP/MRP as needed. A reliable team player with attention to detail will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification provided).
• Comfort with a computer: data entry, email, and basic Microsoft 365; ERP or MRP experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong attention to detail; accurate packing prevents issues for customers.
• Ability to solve problems and know when to escalate.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk most of shift, operate powered equipment safely.
• Reliable attendance in a small team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Shipper/Receiver – 1st Shift | Nesquehoning, PA

Full-time · Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm · Weekly pay

What you'll do

You’ll be the person who makes sure what comes in is right and what goes out is right. Every dispenser and fluid control component we build in Nesquehoning passes through your hands on its way to customers in commercial kitchens, laundries, food processing plants, and car washes around the world.

A typical day:

• Load and unload trucks; stage inbound material and route it to the right department
• Inspect deliveries against packing lists, flag damage or shortages, and chase them down to resolution
• Pull, pack, label, and stage outbound orders for LTL, UPS, and FedEx
• Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck safely, every time

What you bring

• 1+ year in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing - or related experience you can tell us about
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (we’ll certify you on our equipment)
• Comfort with a computer: data entry, email, and basic Microsoft 365. ERP or MRP experience is a plus, not a requirement - we'll train you
• Sharp attention to detail. In our world, one wrong pallet becomes a customer's bad week
• The judgment to solve a problem yourself and the sense to know when to raise it
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for the majority of a shift, and safely operate powered equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable attendance - a small team feels every absence
