Opti Staffing in Kent, WA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a full-time role. You will receive, inspect, and verify shipments, operate forklifts, and prepare outgoing orders to meet carrier requirements.

You'll coordinate with carriers, perform inventory checks, and maintain accurate records. Safety and attendance are essential in our team-focused environment with standard benefits and weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documents.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to unload and move freight safely.
• Organize inventory by sorting, labeling, and storing materials in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments to meet customer and carrier requirements.
• Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate records using systems like JD Edwards and Salesforce.
