Job summary

Job&Talent US is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our logistics team in Fort Worth, TX. You will accurately pick customer orders, box and label items, and ensure on-time, damage-free shipments in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Key duties include using RF scanners, updating stock levels in the warehouse management system, and maintaining a clean, safe packing station. This role offers weekly payroll deposits and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Experience working in a production tracking fast-paced job environment.
• Experience working in a 3PL environment (Desirable).
• Familiarity with picking and packing operations (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate, identify, and retrieve items listed on digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
• Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications and carrier requirements to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Scan and double-check product barcodes, item numbers, and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels and order statuses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station while adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Salary: USD17.5 - USD17.5 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team at a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Shipping & Receiving Associate

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment

Desirable Requirements for Shipping & Receiving Associate
