Job summary

Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping of funeral-related products. You’ll work with warehouse staff, customer service, and shipping partners to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding reliability, quality, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with manual or electric pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving funeral-related products.
• Pull orders for shipping or customer pick-up and prep for shipping.
• Ensure correct couriers based on shipping priorities.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales Reps to process orders and complete daily duties.
• Receive stock, stock inventory, and perform inventory counts.
