Job summary

Unither Manufacturing LLC in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support material movement, verification, staging, and issuance to production while ensuring accurate, compliant operations in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Training on ERP/WMS and forklift operation is provided; GMP/GDP knowledge is preferred. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and stage materials per procedures and work instructions.

• Issue materials to production using approved transactions and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in assigned areas.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklift as trained.
• Comply with cGMP, safety, security, and site policies.

Your role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor,

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm

Job Summary

Material Handlers work closely with Distribution, Production, Quality,and Supply Chain teams to maintain organized, compliant, and audit-readymaterial management system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive,move, and stage materials in accordance with approved procedures and workinstructions.
• Verifymaterials against documentation (labels, packing slips, work orders).
• Storematerials in designated locations following FIFO/FEFO and material statuscontrols.
• Issuematerials to production using approved transactions and documentation.
• Maintaincleanliness, organization, and safety in assigned areas.
• Operatemanual material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks); forkliftoperation as trained.
• Complywith cGMP, safety, security, and site policies

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

Preferred

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience in a regulatedenvironment.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification.

• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements.
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performedin warehouse and manufacturing environments with exposure to noise, movingequipment, and industrial conditions.
• Requires standing,walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout theshift.
• Must be able tolift and maneuver up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonableaccommodation.
• Operation ofmaterial handling equipment is required.
• Use of PPE andcompliance with cGMP gowning requirements required.
• Flexible scheduleand overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation range

19.00 - 25.00USD

*The referenced compensation range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
