Job summary

Unither Pharma is seeking a Distribution Associate-B Shift in Rochester, NY. You will support material handling within Distribution, Production, Quality and Supply Chain, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and audit-readiness.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm. Responsibilities include receiving, moving, staging, verifying materials against documents, storing per FIFO/FEFO, issuing to production, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements.
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials to production using approved transactions and documentation.

• Comply with cGMP, safety, security, and site policies.

JOB SUMMARY

Material Handlers work closely with Distribution, Production, Quality,and Supply Chain teams to maintain organized, compliant, and audit-readymaterial management system.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your profile

• PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT: Work is performedin warehouse and manufacturing environments with exposure to noise, movingequipment, and industrial conditions. Requires standing,walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout theshift. Must be able tolift and maneuver up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonableaccommodation. Operation ofmaterial handling equipment is required. Use of PPE andcompliance with cGMP gowning requirements required. Flexible scheduleand overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation range

19.00 - 25.00USD

*The referenced compensation range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
