The Shipping & Receiving Assistant is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials in support of daily operations. Shipments may include palletised goods, laboratory equipment and supplies, collection kit materials, office supplies, biological samples, and confidential results. This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and tracking of inventory to support timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency. The Shipping Clerk reviews incoming and outgoing shipment schedules, documents inventory discrepancies or damage, and responds to on‑demand shipping questions and escalations. The position requires frequent communication with both internal teams and external partners to confirm shipment status and resolve issues.
