Job summary

Express Employment International (US) is seeking an immediate Shipping & Receiving associate in Oklahoma. The role requires at least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience, along with accuracy in material check-in and shipping data entry in SAP. You will read packaging slips, fulfill and box orders, and handle loading/unloading duties.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. Weekly pay and immediate benefits are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience running a sit-down forklift.
• Experience checking in material and ensuring quantity accuracy.
• Inputting information into systems for shipping/tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret packaging slips.
• Ability to fulfill all orders and box them for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming materials and unload from trucks.
• Quality check of materials.
• Load materials for shipping and get them ready for dispatch.
• Enter shipping information into SAP data system.
• Coordinate with shipping team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Must have a minimum of one year experience running a sit-down forklift, checking in material, inputting information into system for shipping/tracking, reading packaging slips, ability to fulfill all orders and box them. Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Will be responsible for checking incoming materials, unloading off trucks, quality check of materials, load materials for shipping, loading materials into trucks, and entering shipping information into SAP data system.
