Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. in Longview, WA is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support daily inventory movement, staging orders, and carrier coordination.

You will operate a forklift, count inbound and outbound shipments, and use the ERP system to keep inventory accurate in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of forklift experience preferred.
• At least one year of shipping & receiving experience preferred in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and meet deadlines as needed.
• Strong computer competency.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• High priority for organization skills.
• Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pulling stock items for sales orders, staging orders for will call, ensuring local delivery and commercial carrier pick up
• Identify and count inbound purchase orders
• Unload/Load trucks upon delivery/receiving
• Assist in load testing as needed
• Assisting in inventory control, counts, reorganizations, etc.
• Operation of forklift
• Working with ERP system regarding inventory and order management
• Palletizing and prepping products for shipment
• Making deliveries to customers when needed, as well as pickups.
• Perform other functions as required
