SHIPPING AND RECEIVING SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all shipments and finishing processes align with our established procedures and guidelines. Your dedication will be instrumental in maintaining Payler's high standards and meeting customer expectations with every final product.

PRIMARY DUTIES OF THE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING SPECIALIST

• Navigating the ordering system from print to completion and leaving necessary notes.
• Managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and other involved parties.
• Preparing items for shipment and assisting with receiving shipments.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Organizing daily paperwork and maintaining efficient record‑keeping.
• Utilizing strong communication skills for e‑mails with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting weekly cycle counting and inventory investigations as assigned by the Shipping Manager.
• Coordinating shipments with third‑party logistics companies.
• Analyzing shipping costs and identifying department savings opportunities.
• Acting as a backup for the Shipping Manager when necessary.

JOB DETAILS

Employment Type: Full‑Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
