Job summary

Nucor Coatings Corporation in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Shipping & Receiving teammate. You will load/unload rail cars and trucks using overhead cranes and mobile equipment, ensure paperwork is accurate, and support inventory counts. The role requires rotating shifts and a strong safety focus.

Basic Job Functions

The Shipping & Receiving teammate has responsibilities in all aspects of the shipping and receiving process including loading/unloading rail cars, trucks utilizing overhead cranes and mobile equipment, as well as ensuring all associated paperwork is properly completed. Additional responsibilities include helping with inventory cycle counts, assisting the shipping team where needed, and filling in for the Crane Operator. This position requires work on rotating shifts. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote crane and/or mobile equipment
• Locomotive or Track Mobile experience
