99 Ranch Market is seeking an Outbound Quality Control Clerk to support the Shipping Department in ensuring all outbound orders are picked correctly and meet quality standards. You will verify order accuracy, inspect for damage and temperature, and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, accurate data entry, and collaboration with Pickers, Supervisors, and Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and data entry
• Ability to count products and verify quantities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work as part of a team
• Prefer experience with warehouse or shipping quality control

Responsibilities

• Verify picked orders against tickets for product, quantity, pallet, and order accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections on outbound orders for damage and temperature.
• Confirm labeling and shipping labels are correct and legible.
• Rotate lots and verify FIFO/FEFO, production dates, and expiration dates.
• Document QC results and maintain quality records, including photos.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve discrepancies before shipment.
