Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. in New York is seeking a full-time UPS Shipping Processor to help prepare and ship customer orders, review order details, and label shipments.

This role involves lifting up to 75 lbs, working Monday through Friday with overtime and weekends off, and using Microsoft Office including Excel. You will contribute to accurate, timely deliveries and a strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related software like MS Access, MS SQL.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Review order information to determine products to pick and distribute.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate UPS pickups/deliveries.
• Package orders according to customer specifications.
• Label materials, weigh/count outgoing items, and prepare parcels for shipment.
• Regularly handle inventory and lift up to 50 pounds as part of workflow.
