Stark Carpet Corp. is seeking a Shipping LTO-1st Shift in our Calhoun, Georgia warehouse to support shipping and receiving tasks, expediting loading and unloading processes. Position requires operating a lift truck and maintaining accurate shipping records.

A Hiring/Retention Bonus of up to $1,000 within the first year is offered, with bonus details provided during interview. This role involves handling packing lists, coordinating pickup schedules, and interacting with external companies.

Physical Demands:

Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. This position may often require bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. The incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity.

Work environment:

This position requires work in a warehouse/loading dock setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
