Job summary

STARK is seeking a Shipping LTO- 1st Shift for our Calhoun, Georgia warehouse. The role supports shipping and receiving functions to expedite loading and unloading processes.

The position requires driving a lift truck and preparing packing lists, labels, and Bill of Ladings. It also involves coordinating pickup schedules and transferring goods between warehouses, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Physical Demands

Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. This position may often require bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. The incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity.

Work Environment

This position requires work in a warehouse/loading dock setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
