Chromascape Inc. in Fleetwood, PA is seeking a hands-on Shipping, Receiving & Planning Supervisor to lead our shipping and receiving team while coordinating the work that keeps our manufacturing and equipment assembly operations moving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain required hazardous materials shipping certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates, leadership, vendors, and customers.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy, documentation, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Shipping & Receiving team.
• Coordinate daily priorities with Production, Equipment, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other business partners.
• Help ensure materials, parts, and finished goods are where they need to be when they're needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, material flow, and warehouse organization.
• Keep shipping, inventory, planning, and operational paperwork accurate and up to date.
