Job summary

Taylor Farms is hiring in Tolleson, Arizona for an order-picking role. You will use Quick Pick to accurately select customer orders, ensure product quality, and organize items for shipment. The position requires English reading/writing, teamwork, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Picking customer orders, ensuring quality products get shipped out in the correct quantities.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the following policies: Employee Safety, Food Safety and all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Utilizes Quick Pick to pick orders accurately.
• Organizes product within store crates as orders are picked to ensure quality products reach the customer upon delivery.
• Understands the distinction between a deli and produce item.
• Understands the labeling system of each store and how it matches up to the sequence in Quick Pick.
• Clocks in and out on time and when required.
