Responsibilities include ensuring 100% quality through inspections, labeling shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Some lifting up to 50 pounds may be required, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipping and assist with production tasks.
• Build skids/boxes for packing and shipping of orders.
• Operate basic packing tools (saw, nail gun, staple gun) as needed.
• Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards.
• Label and stencil shipments according to procedures.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean work area.
• Comply with safety and quality policies; participate in meetings.
• May lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
