Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Packer Operator in Troy, OH. In this role you will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, using RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM on 1st shift with a pay rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior warehouse experience is beneficial. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Shipping Packer Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
