Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, packaging, receiving, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

You will clean and organize materials, prepare packaging for trials, receive and inspect incoming items, and operate warehouse equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree is required.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills at the high school level.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shipping materials.
• Prepare packaging and materials for clinical trials.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Stack and organize pallets as needed.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment to move and store materials.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
