Job summary

The Shipping Coordinator at TIG, The Integration Group will be responsible for boxing and packaging products and shipping customer orders according to guidelines. You will assist in order picking, palletizing, simple kit assembly, and general warehouse duties.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with basic computer skills and experience using a pallet jack or similar equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and follow standardized work.
• Experience with computers.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily scanning of products, packaging, and shipping for orders using the warehouse management system.
• Picking products for orders and returning items to inventory if unused or canceled.
• Palletize orders and prepare/wrap for shipping.
• Assist with simple kit assembly and packaging per standardized instructions.
• Provide general warehouse support, such as organizing products and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
