Job summary

RectorSeal Cle Elum, a CSW Industrials subsidiary, is seeking a Shipping Packers to handle packaging and put-away of products at our Cle Elum, WA facility. The role involves operating a forklift, packaging lines, and ensuring quality standards are met. On-site work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with on-the-job training provided. Ideal candidates have warehouse or manufacturing exposure and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training is part of onboarding for all duties.

Responsibilities

• Remove products from conveyor belts and place in boxes; label, seal, and stack on pallets.
• Move products from paint line to conveyor belts for wrapping.
• Operate heavy machinery to wrap and package products.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Place packaged products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain and rotate inventory as needed.
