Black Bear Talent in Salem, VA is seeking an experienced Packer for our client’s warehouse. The candidate will pack, label, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring quality control and accurate paperwork.

The position requires you to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties in a fast-paced environment. The full-time, on-site role runs from 7:00am to 4:00pm with overtime and weekend availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with great accuracy.
• Verify final quality control of finished goods to ensure top standards.
• Ensure UPC codes are properly affixed on all packages.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and submit documentation promptly.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
