Job summary

Growing Robotics & Technology Start-Up in Worcester, MA is seeking a Warehouse / Shipping & Packing Associate to support daily operations. This on-site, full-time role offers 19.00–22.00/hour and opportunities to learn advanced robotics and manufacturing processes.

You will pack, label, and ship products, verify orders, receive materials, and use our EMS system. Candidates with warehouse experience or strong attention to detail, reliability, and interest in tech are encouraged to apply; training

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and maintain detail.
• Comfort using computers; EMS experience is a plus (training provided).
• Capable of lifting and moving packages as needed.
• Interest in technology, robotics, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and ship finished products and components accurately.
• Compile, verify, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify counts.
• Update inventory, orders, and shipments in EMS.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe warehouse.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and basic stock organization.
