Job summary

Sunday Robotics is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our Fleet Operations team in Redwood City, CA. You will pack and ship data collection hardware, manage inventory, and help build our shipping processes as we scale.

You bring 2+ years of fulfillment or warehouse experience, a keen eye for detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is an early-stage role with growth as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, warehouse and/or inventory operations.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid mislabels or miscounts.
• Reliable with good follow-through to ensure on-time shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship data collection hardware and handle replacements as needed.
• Schedule and support pickups and maintain relationships with carrier drivers.
• Track and move inventory in tracking software and internal tools.
• Organize inbound shipments for a seamless internal experience.
• Maintain an organized shipping floor and optimize space for efficiency.
• Flag issues early: low stock, damaged hardware, carrier delays.

What to Expect

We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our Fleet Operations team and support the shipping and logistics floor. This role keeps hardware moving. You'll pack and ship orders, handle replacements, track inventory and keep the floor organized. When something's off, you catch it and sort it out. This is an early role on a team that's about to grow, and you'll help build how shipping operations work here from the start. Success in this role comes from reliability, attention to detail and caring that things go out right.

What You'll Do

• Pack and ship data collection hardware and handle replacements for broken equipment in the fieldSchedule and support pickups while maintaining great relationships with carrier drivers
• Track and move inventory in tracking software and our internal tools, keeping counts and statuses up to date
• Organize and communicate inbound shipments for a seamless experience for internal employees
• Maintain an organized shipping floor and keep the space optimized for efficiency
• Flag problems early: low stock, damaged hardware, carrier delays

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, warehouse and/or inventory operations
• Strong attention to detail; a wrong label or a miscounted shelf bothers you until it's fixed
• Reliability, consistency, and follow-through; the team counts on shipments going out right and on time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built
• A high level of intensity while still treating people with respect, compassion and patience

Nice to Have

• Exposure to robotics, hardware and/or manufacturing environments
• Comfort with various shipping platforms and task tracking software
• Experience shipping fragile, high-value or oversized items, especially electronics and hardware
• Familiarity with carrier requirements, international shipping and freight
• Forklift or pallet jack certification
