Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year in shipping/receiving environment.
• Forklift operation certification or training provided.
• Clerical/computer abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate customer shipments and trucking needs.
• Prepare shipment paperwork, labels, waybills, and BOL.
• Maintain safety rules and follow SOPs/EPs.
• Communicate issues to Operations Manager and teams.
• Track inventory on shipping containers and supplies.
• Ensure timely, accurate shipments meeting weekly commitments.
