Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Shipping Utility to support distribution operations at the Lakeland facility. You will help ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and safe handling of product while operating forklifts and stacking equipment within GMP and safety guidelines.

The role involves loading/unloading, picking depot orders, and maintaining production counts with proper documentation. Training and potential certification for equipment is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely load/unload full stacks of bread and baskets.
• Must be able to stack baskets 15 to 17 high.
• Ability to operate forklifts and powered hand jacks, or willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Review shift turnover information and equipment status.
• Load and unload trucks and interplant shipments.
• Pick depot orders at the offsite distribution center.
• Ensure accurate production counts and document HACCP/CTS records.
• Stack baskets safely and move products within shipping area.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow GMP/JSA guidelines.
