Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is hiring for a Shipping Operator on the day shift. You will operate printing presses and manage warehouse tasks with a 2-2-3 schedule, 15 days per month, 12-hour days (6:00am–6:00pm).

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Reading and writing ability to complete necessary work.
• Computer skills for entering data into information systems and printing labels.
• Strong, positive communication skills both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and ensure correct product is shipped to customers.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Receive freight and ensure it is documented accurately.
• Maintain the warehouse, rotate stock, and organize pallets and scrap efficiently.
• Be able to perform necessary math for estimating truck capacity.
• Read and measure with a tape ruler.
• Assist in month-end inventory.
• Ensure accurate receipt of parcel deliveries and forward those to appropriate parties.
• Load and unload trucks and scrap trailers.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including sweeping warehouse and loading area.
• Assist with packaging and purchasing functions as needed.
