• Ensure that production orders are filled correctly and distribution of product is completed according to schedule.
• Make adjustments in personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Review documents for accuracy; assist in identifying and eliminating errors.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Ensure employee compliance with work rules.
• Participate in the disciplinary action process as necessary.
• Perform other duties as deemed by management as part of the job.
