Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and directs shipping personnel.
• Ensures production orders are filled correctly and distribution is completed on schedule.
• Adjusts personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Reviews documents for accuracy; helps identify and eliminate errors.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and compliance with work rules.
• Participates in disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Follows company policies including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes Oxley.
