Job summary

Trumbull Industries, Inc. is seeking a shift Supervisor for the MDC facility in Warren, Ohio. You will direct shipping, dispatch and front dock operations on the day shift, leading a team of 10–20 warehouse staff to ensure accurate order picking and safe, efficient loading.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, experience with WMS and Excel, and a focus on safety. You will collaborate with drivers, monitor discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement to minimize costs and errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, supply chain or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience supervising multiple functions in a distribution center (receiving, packing, shipping).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation; ability to coach and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct shipping, dispatch and front dock supervisory functions for the MDC on day shift.
• Supervise 10–20 warehouse staff, ensure compliance with policies and safe operations.
• Ensure accurate order picking, proper packing, crating, and loading to prevent damage.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and carriers to meet on-time shipments.
• Maintain safety programs, housekeeping, and cost controls; train and develop staff.
