Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Shipping Manager in Del Valle, TX to lead daily shipping operations across multiple shifts. You will supervise outbound shipments, ensure timely accuracy of product and documentation, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

You will mentor staff, resolve PO and freight issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires 3-5+ years in management within a warehouse/distribution setting, WMS/LMS experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in a supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume shipping or distribution operation.
• WMS and LMS experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop associates.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily shipping operations across multiple shifts.
• Supervise outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse space.
• Mentor and develop team members on shipping procedures.
• Coordinate with clerks, headquarters, and drivers on shipment status.
• Resolve issues with purchase orders, shipping documents, and freight discrepancies.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and freight claims are completed accurately.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in branch leadership meetings to align with operational goals.
