Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in a supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume shipping or distribution operation.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily shipping operations across shifts.
• Supervise outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain space utilization; keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Mentor staff on shipping procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with clerks, HQ, and drivers on status and changes.
• Resolve PO, shipping document, and freight discrepancy issues.
• Complete shipping docs, freight claims, and correspondence timely.
• Promote safe work practices and address safety concerns proactively.
• Set performance expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach, counsel, and develop employees; conduct reviews.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding of new associates.
