Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead outbound operations in a warehouse setting, ensuring on-time, accurate, and secure shipments to customers. You will drive operational excellence and supervise staff across lines to maintain high performance.

The role requires managing safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory accuracy while coordinating internal and external resources, and adjusting to peak season demands with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/shipping facility and 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer focus.
• Knowledge of warehouse management procedures and systems.
• Ability to adapt in peak seasons with overtime/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and lead the department.
• Coordinate policies and procedures to meet the 5 Points of Excellence: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory Accuracy.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and provide daily STATS.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
• Develop and maintain 5S and security standards.
• Address employee concerns and remove roadblocks to performance.
