Job summary

Magpul is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Cheyenne, WY to lead outbound operations across e‑commerce, wholesale, and international channels. You will supervise a team, ensure on‑time, accurate order processing, and maintain safety and compliance.

The role involves workforce planning, staffing, and coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 is preferred, along with Lean initiatives and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with tier 2 ERP systems (Dynamics AX/D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise outbound shipping and finished goods storage areas.
• Coordinate daily workload for shipping team using priorities from Outbound Operations Manager.
• Track and resolve shipment discrepancies with Operations, Customer Service and Sales.
• Coordinate staffing levels for each shipping zone to meet deadlines.
• Maintain process documentation and training plans for new team members.
• Ensure outbound shipments comply with sales orders and regulations.
