Qualifikationen

• Prior distribution experience.
• Must be able to read and write English and comprehend basic math skills.
• Basic PC skills with Microsoft Office, WMS and AS400.
• Forklift certification for sit-down lift, stock picker, reach truck and Bendi.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate work on the floor and report bottlenecks to meet safety, quality, service and cost goals.
• Be familiar with all functions of distribution operations.
• Utilize RF/WMS equipment and AS400 applications.
• Unloading/loading trucks and moving material to designated areas.
• Monitor productivity and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Lead by example and support department goals in a positive, solution-driven manner.
