Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience training with fork trucks and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn an ERP system.
• Former warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shipping department.
• Plan, set up, and prepare shipments to customers and vendors.
• Support monthly forecast targets and provide scheduling feedback.
• Monitor incoming shipments and plan for production scheduling and storage.
• Provide training for new shipping team members.
