Marmon Utility LLC is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations, plan and prepare shipments, and support production scheduling at our Milford, NH facility. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating with operations, and ensuring on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience training with fork trucks and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily shipping department operations.
• Plan, prepare, and package shipments to customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with production scheduling and inventory planning.
• Train and mentor shipping team members.
• Prepare export paperwork for international shipments.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain equipment readiness.
