Fedtech, Inc. Shipping Clerk handles preparing, packaging, and coordinating outbound shipments from the manufacturing facility. You ensure accurate labeling, proper documentation, and on-time delivery per customer specs and company standards.

The role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining an efficient outbound process, operating forklifts, and recording shipment data in ERP/WMS. Forklift certification or ability to obtain one is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics or warehouse ops.
• Basic knowledge of shipping platforms and ERP/WMS systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and package manufactured products for shipment with proper labeling.
• Generate and manage shipping paperwork (BOL, packing slips, labels).
• Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, small parcel).
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Record shipment data in ERP or WMS.
• Communicate with production, inventory, and customer service to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety compliance and clean, organized shipping area.
