Job summary

You will learn WMS, AS400, and Toyota Portal, maintain professional emails, and work as part of a small team to keep routes on time and paperwork error-free. Training will cover many shipping processes, including CP Tags and packing lists.

Qualifications

• Basic office skills required; typing, email, and word processing.
• WMS/AS400 and Toyota Portal familiarity preferred; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for Order Pullers.
• Verify and distribute route paperwork; organize by route.
• Monitor daily routes and communicate changes to drivers/dispatch.
• Contact dispatch ~15 minutes before truck arrivals to confirm status.
• Maintain professional driver interactions at the Shipping window.
