Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping schedules and load readiness.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Verify finished goods inventory prior to shipment and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate loading activities with drivers and carriers and monitor throughput.
• Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete and support on-time shipment goals.
• Coordinate daily activities of shipping personnel and assist with training.
