Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities and ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading; review shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify finished goods inventory prior to shipment and assist with cycle counts.
• Schedule dock assignments and coordinate loading with drivers and carriers.
• Lead shipping personnel and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
