Semex/Boviteq in Madison, WI seeks a Shipping & Materials Handler to join the Operations team. The role ensures receiving, packaging, labeling, staging, and shipment of semen products and materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ years in shipping or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with ERP systems and UPS WorldShip is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, store, and track incoming products and inventory.
• Pick, package, label, and stage orders for shipment while upholding quality and procedures.
• Prepare shipping containers, coordinate pickups, and maintain shipping docs.
• Process returns, support transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy through counts.
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse operations and assist with audits and safety.
