Pilgrim’s is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will oversee three shifts in shipping, manage records, inventory control, loading/unloading, forklift operations, and shuttle drivers.

Emphasizes safety, quality, budgeting, and continuous improvement through data analysis. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong supervision, and the ability to drive efficiency across the Shipping Department.

Qualifications

• Supervision experience in shipping and inventory control is required.
• Computer skills are required for recordkeeping and data analysis.
• Soft skills are essential for leadership and teamwork.
