Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced production environment. You’ll oversee operations across all three shifts in shipping, manage activities of staff handling shipments, inventory control, loading/unloading trucks, forklift driving, and shuttle drivers, ensuring accuracy and safety.

We are looking for a Shipping Manager for Pilgrim’s Shipping Department .

Pilgrim’s is seeking Shipping Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll oversee critical operations during all three shifts in shipping . You’ll manage and coordinate activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, inventory control, loading/unloading trucks , forklift driving, and shuttle drivers . This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, animal welfare, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination.
