Qualifications

• Follow packaging specs and labeling requirements.
• Maintain dispatch logs and prepare bills of lading.
• Forklift certification and safe driving required.
• Proficient in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual transactions relative to shipments.
• Coordinates and assists with loading of shipments.
• Prepares dispatch logs for drivers with routes, drops and pickups, etc.
• Maintains communications with drivers and updates routing as schedules change.
• Prepares commercial bills of lading.
• Prepares IBSS paperwork.
• Ensures packaging specifications are followed per customer requirements.
