Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CDI Technician II to support 2nd shift production of semiconductor components. You will perform CDI processing, inspections, and documentation while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires following work instructions, maintaining cleanroom-ready practices, and using basic computer tools to log transactions. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Perform CDI processing activities following approved work instructions, process specifications, and customer requirements.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for workmanship, cleanliness, damage, and conformance to specifications.
• Complete required production, quality, and inventory transactions accurately within company systems.
• Verify part counts, lot traceability, and documentation accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, damaged parts, missing materials, or process deviations to supervision.
• Handle customer-owned semiconductor components with care to prevent contamination or damage.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final verification activities as required.
• Maintain organized work areas and adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with material movement and work order prioritization to support production schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
