• Ensure correct products are loaded.
• Communicate customer requirements to Lead personnel.
• Determine whether to ship from production or inventory.
• Make substitutions decisions as needed.
• Generate a production schedule with the Production Manager.
• Assist in determining monthly inventory levels.
• Aide in quality checks on returned goods.
• Communicate with Traffic Dispatcher/6014 Personnel.
• Coach and follow up on subordinates.
• Ensure subordinates adhere to safety rules.
• Adhere to safety, EEOC and OSHA policies.
• Ensure equipment security.
• Housekeeping in shipping and warehouse area.
• Assist preventive and predictive maintenance in assigned area.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Ensure quality of rolls and work is to standards.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions to prevent nonconformities.
