D & G Machine Products, Inc., a Westbrook, Maine precision machining company, seeks a Shipping Clerk to coordinate shipments and prepare documentation. You will package orders, label and stage products, and liaise with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires the ability to operate shipping equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with MS Office and inventory software. A high school diploma is required, with prior shipping experience preferred.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and other paperwork.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and transportation providers.
• Verify orders, quantities, addresses, and product information before shipment.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status or delays to customers and internal staff.
