This role requires familiarity with carrier scheduling, bills of lading, and tracking shipments while maintaining an organized shipping area and communicating status to customers and colleagues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of related shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records and generate reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass post-employment offer drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and other transportation providers.
• Verify orders, quantities, shipping addresses, and product information before shipment.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status or delays to customers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Maintain an organized shipping area to ensure materials are properly stored and staged.
